log #6 (illustrated above by X) over
the locators on the
PHAZERAMIC™
burner. Do not cover any ports.
The 3 steel bridges between the
burners may burn off during operation.
This is normal and will not affect the
performance.

Install the glowing embers and charcoal embers (refer to the "glowing embers" and "charcoal embers"
sections).

Reinstall the door and safety screen (refer to the "safety barrier & door removal / installation” section).
