Maintenance
The power supply must be switched off before any maintenance work.
Inert gases such as argon are dangerous
because of the risk of asphyxiation.
The working area must be ventilated
using an appropriate ventilation system.
The use of an oxygen monitor is
recommended.
Danger due to electrical current.
During installation and maintenance
work, the electric supply to the furnace
must be switched off.
Work on the electrical equipment may
only
be
performed
by
qualified
personnel.
