Maintenance intervals
Maintenance intervals are determined in accordance with air-pollution grade on spot and supposed
purpose of air-cleaner usage. Below you can find recommended maintenance intervals for different
filter types. To determine more precise maintenance intervals the exact air characteristics measurements
should be done on spot.
Recommended maintenance intervals for different filter types:
- Pre-Filter:
every 14 days
, in case of a higher load (in working shops, etc.) more often;
- Electronic Filter:
every 6-9 months
;
- Double-layer Carbon-Gas Filter: should be checked not less than
once a year
and replaced if necessary.
All works for cleaning and replacement of electronic and double-layer carbon-gas filters must
be carried out only by our specially trained personnel of the service center authorized by
manufacturer.
Cleaning the Pre-Filter
Pre-Filter or coarse screen is located on top of the device and intended for collecting and eliminating
largest polluting particles from the inflowing air. You should manually clean the primary filter at least
once every two weeks:
- Unscrew three supporting fitted knurled screws and remove coarse screen from the air-inlet nozzle;
- Wash the screen with warm running water and clean it with a brush;
- After drying install the coarse screen in the nozzle and secure it with supporting knurled screws
