General Fault Detection and Diagnosis
If the failure is not resolved after troubleshooting, please contact place of purchase.
The light won't boot up properly.
The fixture can be operated
manually, but DMX control
is not working.
The display screen is on
but no light output.
The fixture is flickering.
1. Please check whether the connection between power adapter and
cable or fixture socket are loose.
2. Please check whether the voltage value is within the specified range.
3. Please check whether the power adapter conforms to the specified
PD standard.
1. Please check whether the channel setting is correct.
2. Please check whether the DMX connection cable is connected
correctly and without damaged.
Please check if the DIM is set to zero or in storm/welding effect.
1. Please check if there are any high temperature object nearby that
make the surrounding environment temperature too high.
2. Please ensure the fixture is not in EFFECT mode.
