Liaison/Transfer
The unit automatically detects when it is in liaison (Transfer) mode and shows the following image
on the display:

Special Stage (SS)
All Special Stage start points are programmed into the unit. When the unit detects that it is in a
Special Stage start area, the display will show the number of the Special Stage:

Distances travelled
Once a vehicle has started and reaches a speed of 40 km/hour, the display begins to show the
distance travelled from the start of the Special Stage including the ID of the Special Stage in the
project (not the name of the SS though).

Declaring red flags/messages
After a red flag has been declared by the rally control center, the display shows the words RED
FLAG in yellow on a red background and the unit sends out an audio signal to alert the crew. The
acoustic signal can be cancelled by pressing on the confirmation button once. The red flag symbol
on the display will remain until it is cancelled by the rally control center.
The rally control center can send predefined messages: Special Stage x cancelled (x would
represent the Special Stage number) / Go to regrouping / Go to the service area.
