Read Command: +CREG?
Read command returns the status of result code presentation and an integer <stat>
which shows the network registration status of the A3LA-R. Location information
elements <lac> and <ci> are returned only when <n>=2 and A3LA-R is registered in the
network. Response is in the form:
+CREG: <n>,<stat>[,<lac>,<ci>]
Test Command: +CREG=?
Test command lists the supported settings for +CREG. Response is in the form:
+CREG: (list of supported <n>s)

Set Command: +CSCA=<sca>[,<tosca>]
Set command updates the SMSC address, through which mobile originated SMs are
transmitted. In PDU mode, setting is used by the send and write commands, but only
when the length of the SMSC address coded into <pdu> parameter equals zero.
<sca>: GSM 04.11 [8] RP SC address Address-Value field in string format (i.e., enclosed
by quotes ““);
<tosca>: GSM 04.11 [8] RP SC address Type-of-Address octet in integer format;
