8.Warranty (repair) basis
The warranty period (warranty period) starts from the user receiving the product.
During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions, the production unit or
authorized sales company maintenance personnel of the production unit are
responsible for free on-site repair. If the necessary replacement parts are caused by
their own quality rather than human misuse, they can be replaced for free, otherwise
they must be paid. The shell is not covered by the warranty!

Users operate according to the requirements of this user manual;
The implementation of installation, debugging, moving positions, adding
accessories, and maintenance work is the responsibility of the production unit or sales
company authorized by the production unit, designated or specialized personnel;
Regular maintenance is carried out according to the methods specified in this
user manual;
If the above requirements are not met, i.e. damage caused by improper user use,
the production unit or authorized sales company of the production unit is responsible
for repairing, but it is not free of charge.
Our company guarantees that within 18 months after the sale of the machine, any
quality issues related to the machine (excluding damage caused by improper user use)
will be covered by our company's warranty. Beyond the warranty period, repairs will
be charged.
