Fault causes and troubleshooting methods
The instrument
does not rotate
1. Check if the power socket and wiring are in good condition, and if the power
socket is charged.
2. Is the power switch in poor contact.
3. If it cannot be ruled out, please contact the manufacturer's maintenance
personnel.
Sudden stop
during instrument
operation
1. Check if the power connection is in good condition.
2. Does the instrument have a burning odor? If so, please immediately unplug
the power and contact the manufacturer's maintenance personnel.
3. The voltage range may be too large. Check if the power supply voltage meets
the requirements of AC100-250V.
The instrument
has high vibration
and noise
1. Check if the instrument is placed on a horizontal desktop.
2. Check if the test tube pressure plate is tightly pressed.
3. Check whether the locking nuts on both sides are tightened.
4. Check the fixed plate of the test tube and rotate it by hand. If it cannot rotate
smoothly, there may be a problem with the transmission shaft or motor. If it
cannot be ruled out, please contact the manufacturer's maintenance
personnel.
After turning on
the power switch,
the screen does
not light up
1. The power supply is not connected, check the power distribution.
2. Is the button indicator light on the panel on? If not, please contact the
manufacturer.
3. If it cannot be ruled out, please contact the manufacturer's maintenance
personnel.
