User’s manual for LGB004

*Before receiving the instrument, please observe whether there are
scratches, screws falling off, and other phenomena during
transportation!
*Do not press the test tube pad tightly for a long time before the machine
is in an unused state!
*It is strictly prohibited to install the instrument on uneven, shaking
and vibrating workbenches!
*It is strictly prohibited to perform shaking operations when the sample
capacity exceeds 70% of the test tube capacity. To prevent liquid overflow,
the container containing the sample must be covered!
*The locking nuts on the left and right sides of the test tube fixing
pressure plate must be tightened!
*When installing the fixed pressure plate and sponge pad of the test tube,
it is necessary to confirm that they are installed in place to prevent
the test tube and sponge pad from flying out during operation!
*If an emergency occurs during use, immediately press the emergency stop
button!
*After using the instrument, please cut off the power!
4.1【Introduction to the Installation of Test Tube Mats】
Place the instrument in a suitable operating area, plug in the power, ensure that
the power is in the OFF state, and select the required test tube pad as shown in
the above image.

The operation method is as follows:

1. Firstly, loosen the locking nuts on both sides, remove the upper cover
pressing plate, and then take out the test tube pad;
2. Place the lower test tube pad flat in the test tube fixing plate;
3. Select the desired test tube pad and place it flat and centered on the lower
test tube pad;
4. Select a test tube or container with a lid and place it evenly in the test tube
pad;
5. Place the upper test tube pad evenly above the test tube or container in a
