Problem

No display
1. Check whether the power outlet and the connection is right and the power supply is
on
2. Check whether the switch is on.
3. Check the fuse.
4. If problem still persist, contact your distributor for repairing through Technical Service
Department.
Stop to work
suddenly
1. The working speed exceeds the maximum allowed speed of rotor.
2. If working speed exceeds in 450 rpm the maximum allowed speed of rotor, the alarm
of over speed will sound. Wait until the centrifuge stops and reset the speed.
3. Working speed exceeds selected speed.
4. If motor is overheated, power supply will be cut inside the equipment and then it will
stop.
5. If display is not on, check the power supply.
6. Maybe input voltage is too low; please check whether the voltage of the power
supply is right.
Lid cannot be
opened
1. Lid cannot be open until rotor completely stops.
2. Open the lid manually.
3. If problem persists, contact your distributor for repairing through Technical Service
Department.
Strong vibration
of equipment
1. This situation is normal when rotor reaches the critical speed.
2. Check whether the rotor is locked tightly or not.
3. Check the symmetry of the load of the rotor; check the working situation of the
machine.
4. Check the motor shaft: if it cannot be rotated manually and smoothly then maybe
there is a problem with shaft of motor; contact your distributor for repairing through
Technical Service Department.
LED indicators
on front panel are
not on after
turning the
equipment is
switched on
1. Power supply is not connected, please check the power
2. Fuse is blown, replace the fuse.
3. If problem persists, contact your distributor for repairing through Technical Service
Department.
Unusual display
of operating
panel
1. Maybe it's because of the interference of power grid, please shut down and start it
after 1 minute, and then the display will be right.
2. If problem persists, contact your distributor for repairing through Technical Service
Department.
Motor doesn’t
1. Electric control circuit is broken; contact your distributor for repairing through
