7.2 MCWI Viewing the Data
You can see the data being collected by the MCWI in both LIVE Mode and in Review
Mode.
7.2.1 Live Mode
IN LIVE Mode you can see “samples” of the data for any given channel by pressing
the LIVE MONITOR Button and selecting the Required channel to view with the
Channel Select Buttons.
The Sampling rate of the LIVE MONITOR is dependant on the Sampling Rate of the
LIVE Video and will depend on the PC Specification. To speed up the Live Monitor
Sample rate you can use the “Speed Boost” option if you have a Colour Camera.
(See section 6.7.1).
A sample Live Monitor output is show to the
left. The LIVE MONITOR button toggles the
Live Monitor Display Update ON and OFF.
The Buttons specify which channel to
monitor.
7.2.2 Review Mode
To view the data in Review Mode push the PLOT Button for the required channel.
The Data will be graphed for the SPECIFIED frame range (see section 6.7.5). If the
number of frame is GREATER than 5000 then the displayed data will be Sub-
Samples to 1 sample per frame regardless of the actual number of samples per
frame. If the frame range to plot is LESS THAN 5000, then you can specify if you
want to sub-sample or not.
7.2.3 Graph Manipulation
Once you have plotted graphs there are two viewing options, as a graph or as a list.
These are shown below
