Important Safeguards

It is important that you read, fully understand, and
observe the following safety precautions and warnings.
Read these instructions periodically. Careless or
improper use of your Naava green wall, and other
Naava products
(later in this document as Naava) may
cause serious or even fatal injury. Keep this User Manual
with your Naava in a safe place. Be sure anyone using
your Naava understands the information contained in
this manual.

Read this manual carefully before starting or
using the device. Always store the manual in the
immediate vicinity of the device or its site of use!

Danger

Only use the appliance indoors and within the
specified technical data. Improper use can be
hazardous for health and lead to critical injury.

Do not expose the appliance to rain, or use near
water, or other damp location.

Do not use or store where it can fall or be pulled
into a bathtub, sink, water,  swimming pool, or
other liquid. Do not reach for a unit that has

fallen into water or other liquid. Do not
submerge in water or other liquid, even when
the unit is unplugged or off. Moisture can cause
an electric shock hazard when the unit is again
plugged into the AC outlet. Wipe moisture off
the unit with a dry cloth. Do not handle the
product with wet hands.

Unplug the device from the mains before
starting with maintenance, disassembly,
service, or repair work.

Tipping hazard. The device’s water tank needs to
be filled with water as part of the installation
process. The device is not meant to be used
without water in the water tank.

With the units listed in the assembly
instructions, always use Naava Wall fixing
brackets and secure the Naava to Wall to
prevent Naava from tipping over.

Do not use the device in potentially explosive
rooms, in an aggressive atmosphere, or use the
appliance where combustible gases or vapors are
present.

Connect only one power supply to Naava at the
same time.

Do not overfill the water tank or pour water over
the power supply. Place the power supply to a
dry location where it is not possible to pour or
overfill water to the power supply.

Warning

Connect the power supply unit only to
alternating current with voltage 110-230 V AC
outlet only. Do not use your Naava if the power
cable or plug is damaged.

Ensure that all electric cables outside and inside
of the device are protected from damage (e.g.
from animals). Never use the device if any of the
cables or power connection is damaged!

A loose fit between the plug and the AC outlet
(receptacle) may cause overheating and a
distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified
electrician to replace loose or worn receptacles.

Choking Hazard. Small parts, not for children.

Children should not be allowed to operate the
Naava. Children cannot recognize the hazards
associated with the usage of electrical
appliances. For this reason, always supervise
children when they are near the Naava.

Persons who are not familiar with the
instructions for use, as well as children and
persons under the influence of medication,
alcohol, or drugs are not permitted to operate
