MAINTAINING YOUR PEDALS
We suggest you tighten the pedals upon delivery and
re-tighten them every 100 hours of use to ensure optimal
and proper usage. To tighten the pedals:
1. Rotate the right pedal to the bottom of the bike to
make the tightening process easier.
2. After the pedal is in position, tighten the resistance
knob. This is the knob under the handlebars, and it
should be turned as far clockwise as you can to secure
the pedal and crank mechanism in place.
3. Apply a 15mm open end wrench (or pedal wrench)
to the right pedal and tighten by rotating clockwise
towards the front of the bike.
4. Tighten the pedal as tight as you can.
5. Loosen the resistance knob and then repeat steps
1-4 for the left pedal, tightening counterclockwise
towards the front of the bike.
