ECO-17 FLYWHEEL BEARING REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the pad driver assembly by removing the 4 hex
bolts with an 11mm wrench.
2. Keep the motor shaft in place on the top of the motor us-
ing a flathead screwdriver. Loosen the jam nut with a 15/16”
open-ended wrench. Remove the flywheel assembly by
turning it counter-clockwise.
3. Unscrew the two allen bolts from the back of the fly-
wheel plate and remove the bearing assembly.
4. Install the new bearing assembly. Align the bolt holes
and replace the two allen bolts. Use Loctite to ensure bolts
are secure.
5. Thread the jam nut all the way down on the shaft and
hold it with the 15/16” open-ended wrench. Install the
flywheel assembly with the new bearing assembly by
threading it onto the shaft clockwise until it stops on the
jam nut. Tighten the jam nut against the flywheel plate.
The flywheel should spin freely.
6. Re-install the pad driver assembly using the same four
hex bolts and 11mm wrench.

• 11mm wrench
• 15/16” open-ended wrench
• 3/16” allen wrench
• Flathead screwdriver
