Description:

Power from air compressor which is safe, environmental-friendly and free of spark.

3  Operation

3.1  Preparation

1. 

Put grease tank on the trolley.

2. 

Put the pump, upper cover with follower plate into the grease tank, slowly in 20~30°gradient.

3.  Make sure close connection between grease and rubber plate.

4. 

Screw on the fastener (both on the follower plate and handle bar) with grease tank in order to fix.

5.  Take the upper cover up. Fill the grease into tank.

6.  Put the upper cover down in a straight vertical direction, until the oil inlet of pump reaching the bottom of tank.

7. 

Screw the nuts tightly.

8. 

Now it is ready for filling grease.

3.2  Filling grease

1.  Connect the air inlet with air compressor.

2. 

Aim the grease filling gun at the right point.

3. 

Shooting gradually according to the amount of grease required.

4.  Turn off the air compressor, remove the pipe on the machine.

5. 

Clear the grease filling gun, also working area.

6. Put the upper cover down in a straight vertical direction.Untill the oil 

inlet of pump reaching the bottom of tank.

7. Screw the nuts tightly.

8. Now it is ready for filling grease

5. Clear the grease filling gun, also working area.

1. NEVER CONNECT WITH AIR COMPRESSOR EXCEPT

WORKING TASK.

2. NEVER AIM THE GUN TO PEOPLE, AINIMALS AND ETC. TO 

AVOID INJURED AND DAMAGED.AS THE PRESSURE WITH 

FULL GREASE CAN BE REACHED TO 5800PSI(400bar)
