Reset the unit and restore the default factory settings

Description:
Set the ratio between the number of Input BNC versus
the number of outputs BNC (see table 4 for details). This command is
stored in NV memory and will remain valid after power cycle.
Arguments:
<1,2> 1 = 1:1, 2 = 2:1 or 1:2
