Important!
Attach maintenance cover on the right side of the printer and close it.
Next clean surface around the print head.
If maintenance is likely to take more than 5 minutes, temporarily stop the process,
perform a nozzle check to see if there are no nozzle missing,
Open maintenance cover on the left side of the
printer and remove it.

How to clean around the print head
Use a dropper to moisten the cleaning wiper
with maintenance cleaner.
Use about: 5.0 ml
Do NOT use the maintenance cleaner in the
plastic cup that the cleaning stick is submerged.

Use the cleaning stick to clean around the
rubber part of the capping unit to remove the
ink deposits and dust.
Clean this part (grey)
DO NOT touch the absorber (yellow)
Use the dropper to moisten the absorber of the
capping unit with maintenance cleaner.
Use about: 1.5 ml
Do NOT use the maintenance cleaner in the
plastic cup that the cleaning stick is submerged.
Moisten the paper towel with maintenance
cleaner and clean the air valve surface to
remove the ink deposits.

Use the cleaning stick to remove the ink deposits or dust on the bottom of the carriage.
Check if ink stains on the bottom of the sensor.
If stains, use the paper towel moistened with a few drops of cleaning fluid and gently wipe off
the ink on the sensor.
Clean the part between the print head and
print head guide.

Wear plastic gloves to avoid contact with
maintenance cleaner.

To avoid damage to the sensor while cleaning, use the other hand to hold it to stabilize.
While cleaning, do not apply too much pressure. It may damage the sensor.
