How to clean the cleaning wiper and capping unit
Use the cleaning stick to clean the left side
surface of the cleaning wiper (a black rubber
part).
Use the cleaning stick to clean the right side
surface of the cleaning wiper including the resin
part below.
Prepare another cleaning stick to clean the
cleaning wiper and around the capping unit.

Once a week
The cleaning stick submerged in the plastic cup can be
used for 1 week. Change the cleaning stick once a
week, or when the ink on the stick cannot be removed.
Make sure to change the maintenance cleaner once a
week.
If the cleaning stick gets dirty while cleaning,
submerge the foam tip of the stick into the mainte-
nance cleaner in the cup.

Prepare a cleaning stick for cleaning the
flushing-box sponge.

Use the cleaning stick to clean the whole area of
sponge.
Important!

Do NOT use the maintenance cleaner in the
plastic cup that the cleaning stick is submerged.
Once a week
The cleaning stick can be used for 1 week.
Change the cleaning stick once a week, or when the
ink on the stick cannot be removed.
If you cannot remove ink clumps using the
cleaning stick, replace the flushing-box sponge.
Clean off the ink on the left edge of the part,
located between the flushing box and cleaning
wiper.

Important!
Make sure to close the zipper firmly to avoid dust in
the bag.
After the cleaning is done, put the cleaning
stick in the plastic zipper bag and close the
zipper to store.
Pour 30 ml of dedicated maintenance cleaner
into the plastic cup and dip the foam tip of
the cleaning stick in it.
Use the dropper to moisten the flushing-box
sponge with maintenance cleaner.
Use about: 3.0 ml
