1. Open the MultiVOIP program.

In the “Remove Prefix” field, enter your local calling
code (area code, country code, city code, etc.)
preceded by any other “access digits” that are
required to reach your local site from the remote
voip location(think of it as though the call was being
made through the PSTN – even though it will not
be).
