NTP
In the NTP section of the Configuration page user can configure NTP peers that are to be used by Video
Grabber. It is possible to setup up to two NTP servers. Video Grabber will automatically pick correct
network interface to communicate with them so there is no need to assign NTP specifically to either
LAN1 or LAN2.

When NTP server is reachable and at each poll interval a
burst of eight packets will be sent instead of one. Improves
timekeeping quality.
When selected then burst option is enabled.

When NTP server is unreachable and at each poll interval
a burst of eight packets will be sent instead of one.
Improves initial time synchronization.
When selected then iburst option is enabled.

minpoll
Minimum poll interval for NTP messages in seconds to the
power of two.
e.g. value 4 = 16s, value 5 = 32s, value 10 = 1024s
Allowed values:
Integer <= maxpoll and <4; 17>

Maximum poll interval for NTP messages in seconds to the
power of two.
e.g. value 4 = 16s, value 5 = 32s, value 10 = 1024s
Allowed values:
Integer >= minpoll and <4; 17>

Update time
from NTP
Clicking the button will update the Video Grabber’s time
using NTP.
