AT4039EML
is a low cost, simple to use, fully integrated, ultra-compact, USB/Fast
Ethernet controlled instrument that combines the functions and features of a signal
generator, bit error-rate tester and data analysis system with Post Emphasis and Pre
Emphasis capabilities.
