Warning, power limitation/reduction, speed limitation, engine shutdown
Possible engine responses to red alarm:
Engine shutdown, power limitation/reduction, speed limitation, warning

3 – HI T-Fuel

The fuel temperature at sensor
B33 has violated limit value 1.
Fuel temperature is too high.
1. Reduce power.
2. Observe any other messages.
3. Check raw water pressure and raw water temperature at the LOP.
4. Check relief bore of raw water pump (→ Page 152).
5. Check fuel cooling system visually.
6. Contact Service.
4 – SS T-Fuel

B33 has violated limit value 2.
Fuel temperature is too high. An
emergency engine shutdown has
been initiated.
1. Observe any other messages.
2. Check raw water pressure and raw water temperature at the LOP.

4. Check fuel cooling system visually.
5. Contact Service.
5 – HI T-Charge Air

1. Charge-air temperature is too
high.

3. Check engine room or acoustic enclosure temperature.
4. Check charge-air cooler coolant discharge (→ Page 129).
5. Check intake air temperature at LOP .
6. Contact Service.
