I. Characteristics and application
MF52 inverted fluorescence microscope consists of epi-fluorescence and inverted biological microscope system. It
adopts excellent infinity optical system with long WD plan field objective and WF eyepiece. Stable and compact body
along with high rigidness prevents it from shaking when observing. The rotary in-and-out condenser enables it to do
non-infected culture cell observation in high culture dish and cylindrical flask. The epi-fluorescence system adopts a
module design philosophy and can adjust the illumination system as well as switching fluorescence filter. The machine
can be applied in cell tissue and transparent liquid tissue observation, as well as bio-medical, medical detection and
disease prevention.
