During Lubrication
Before lubricating, cover the belt material to prevent the ingress of lubricant into the textile fabric.
Belt Buckle
(1) Cover the belt material to prevent the ingress of lubricant into the textile
fabric.
(2) With a curved or flexible small tube, spray lubricant into the areas shown in
the image.
The spring and spring bore are lubricated (image shows the cross-section of the
buckle).
Buckle
(1) Cover the belt material to prevent the ingress of lubricant into the textile
fabric.
(2) With a curved or flexible small tube, spray lubricant into the areas shown in
the image.
(3) After lubrication, move the buckles over the levers multiple times.
(4) Open and close the buckles multiple times.
(5) If necessary, repeat lubrication.
– The buckles are lubricated.

Lifespan
With seldom use, the lifespan may be up to 10 years. Intensive use will reduce lifespan considerably. The critical factor
in determining service life is only the condition of the product at the time the check is performed in compliance with the
defined criteria for testing and/or rejecting the product.
Plastic or textile products must generally be taken out of use 10 years after the date of manufacture. Damaged
products or products that have undergone strain must be removed from use immediately. It is not possible to make any
general statement about the service life of the product since it depends on different factors such as:
