Turn on Bluetooth
The distance between the
lock and phone is too far.
Stay closer to pair.
Low battery of the lock Charge and try it again
Not enough storage of
mobile phone
Turn off bluetooth then on or
restart your phone
Program stuck
Reset it by clicking the reset button
with sharp gadget.
Alarmed failed Solution
Hasn’t turn on the vibration Turn on the APP vibration alarm.
No alarm when Bluetooth is
paired
Turn off the bluetooth and test the
alarm.
Alarm will be postponed in
case of triggering by
mistake.
Alarm goes off one time after first
touch, 5 seconds later if the lock
senses vibration, alarm will be
triggered at once
