3. Precautions when receiving and keeping
3.1 Received machine
3.1.1 Before the shipment of the company, the Supply project were carefully checked for
completeness (installed and unmounted parts).
3.1.2 When the user received the goods, please carefully check the goods for damage. If any parts
are found to be damaged, please immediately complain to the shipper and inform us at the same
time.
3.1.3 If customers have special needs, Machine can also be packaged by other methods.
3.2 Keep machine
3.2.1 If it is not installed for a long time, the device must be placed in a dry, ventilated, cool
environment. The bottom of the equipment should be treated with anti-skid.
3.2.2 To ensure that the equipment is balanced, without tipping and deformation trend.
4. Installation procedures
Because the equipment is a small table-top device, the installation is relatively simple, just need
place it flat on the table.
5. Safe operation
5.1 Strictly prohibited touch the drum and other rotating parts while the equipment is running.
5.2 When servicing, cleaning, and lubricating, the machine must be stopped situation and must be
unplugged.
6. Debugging
The
mixer

purchased
has
passed
the
four-hour
no-load
test
before
leaving
the
factory
and
all
meet
the
technical
requirements
of
the
relevant
standards.

No-load
test
run
6.1.1
Check
the
barrel
inner
without
any
debris,
tools
or
iron
pieces.
6.1.2
Check
if
there
is
oil
in
the
reducer
and
the
oil
level
should
be
half
of
the
sight
glass.
If
the
oil
surface
to
high
can
cause
serious
heat
generation
and
oil
overflow
in
the
reducer,
polluting
the
environment
or
materials.
If
the
oil
level
is
too
low,
the
lubrication
will
be
insufficient
and
the
service
life
of
the
reducer
will
be
reduced
(refer
to
the
manual
of
the
reducer).
6.1.3
Make
sure
that
the
rotary
switch
on
the
control
panel
of
the
governor
points
to
“0”
(
MIXP
adjusts
the
inverter
control
panel).
