2. Working principle, structure, scope of application

Working
principle
The
MIXP-
Series
Table-top
double
movement
Mixer
combines
the
double
movement
mixing
concept
with
the
complex
mixing
of
experimental
tasks.
Only
need
one
host
machine,
By
changing
the
barrels
with
different
volumes
and
supporting
spiral
antler
blades,
2L
to
5
L
mixing
experiments
can
be
achieved.
The
core
content
of
the
double
movement
mixing
concept
is
means
there
are
two
running
system,one
is
inside
blade
and
one
is
outside
container.The
inside
blade
is
two
time
faster
than
the
outside
container.
The
rotary
drum
rotates
along
the
oblique
plug
shaft
during
operation,
so
as
to
eliminate
dead
ends
of
the
“bottom”
material
in
the
material
bucket,
and
secondly,
the
materials
in
the
bucket
can
be
convected
up
and
down
and
directly
participate
in
mixing.
The
spiral
blades,
which
rotate
at
a
relatively
fast
speed,
are
the
main
tasks
of
mixing.
The
special
full-size
spiral
blade
forcefully
stirs
the
material
to
move
right
and
left
and
up
and
down
to
play
the
roles
of
interpenetrating,
shearing
and
convection.
