Music cannot be
streamed via
Bluetooth
Check that the speaker is turned on.
Check that the output volume of the sound source has not been
reduced to a minimum.
Check that Bluetooth communication is active in the audio
source.
Make sure that the audio stream is directed to Bluetooth
devices in the audio source.
Make sure the sound source is not more than 10 meters away
from the speaker.
Make sure that the speaker is not paired with another device.
Speaker sound is
of poor quality
Check the sound quality of the source.
Check that the source of interference is not located near
household appliances (freezer, microwave oven, etc.) or
appliances (network router, walkie-talkie, etc.).
Light effects do not
work
Check that the device has not been switched off with the remote
control.
Check that the wall switch is in the "on" position.
Check if there is power supply in the room or building.
Check the correct connection to the power supply.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
After cleaning, store the disassembled unit in a dry place away from heat and moisture
sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, away from children and
pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation. When handling, only carry
the unit holding it securely by the housing. Do not expose the device to heat or
moisture.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of sale of the product.
Batteries are not covered by the warranty - it is a consumable material. If you need
warranty repair, please contact the manufacturer's hotline. The product returned for
repair should be complete and preferably placed in its original packaging.
