Virtul RobotTTS program does not function.
➤
Refer to p.18 (Computer Environment )
No power/ no indication in the display.
➤
Try to wait more than 1sec. before turning the power on.
➤
Check the + and – symbols on the batteries.
No sound even after pressing PLAY button in Messenger, Music, and Voice mode.
➤
Check if file is stored in the memory.
➤
If the type of file (MPEG 1 LAYER 1 file, etc) is not for normal playback,
the file will not be played. Delete the file before using.
Cannot download a file.
➤
Check the battery power.
➤
Insert the battery before switching the POWER to on and connecting to a PC.
➤
Check if the PC and MP-F777 are properly connected.
Backlight does not light up.
➤
Check if backlight is set properly.
➤
When the battery power is running low, the backlight is not supposed to light up
so as to conserve the remaining power.
MP-F777 does not function even after pressing any button.
➤
Check if the LOCK switch is on.
The LCD Display is dark.
➤
Check Contrast.
