PRIOR TO THE FIRST USE
1.
Take the appliance out of the box, remove all protective cardboards and foil.
2.
Prior to its first use for food products drying, the appliance should be switched on for 30 min-
utes without placing any products on sieves.
3.
After switching off, the cleaning and rinsing should be carried out in accordance with instruc-
tion included in paragraph „Cleaning and maintenance”.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
1.
The drying of food products is used as effective method of their preservation.
2.
Hot air with continuously controlled temperature is circulated in the drier between the lid
incorporating the motor and individual sieves as well as drier base.
3.
Therefore all products placed on drier sieves are thoroughly dried without the loss of their
nutritional values.
4.
Therefore we can enjoy the fruit, vegetables or mushrooms without adding any artificial con-
servants for 12 months in a year.
5.
This appliance can be also used for the drying of flowers, herbs, preparation of musli etc.
HOW TO STORE DRIED PRODUCTS
1.
The storage containers for dried food products shall be clean and dry.
2.
Preferable method of storage of dried food products are glass jars with metal lids, placed in
a dry and dark place at temperature of 5-20°C.
3.
During the first week after drying, the products in jars should be checked for humidity.
In case of moisture, the products should dried repeatedly.
NOTE! Do not put hot or even warm products into storage containers!
