PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF THE MIXING BOWL

1. 

Ensure that the speed control (2) is in The “Off” position (“0” position).

2. 

Unplug the mixer from the power grid or disconnect the power supply.

3. 

Unlock the motor head (1) with the button (5) and tilt it back.

4. 

Place the mixing bowl (4) or (4a) in the bowl-locking base (6) and turn it clockwise

5. 

To disassembly the mixing bowl (4) or (4a) repeat operations 1-3 and turn the mixing bowl 
anticlockwise.

WARNING! Unplug the mixer from the socket before any contact with the attachments!

ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF MIXER ARM, ROD OR DOUGH HOOK

1. 

Ensure that the speed control (2) is in turn-off position (“0” position).

2. 

Unplug the mixer from the power grid or disconnect the power supply.

3. 

Unlock the motor head (1) with the button (5) and tilt it back.

4. 

Put any of the attachments (8, 9, 10) onto the drive shaft bolt (3) and push it upwards as 
firmly as possible.

5. 

Turn the installed attachment anticlockwise, hooking it on the drive shaft bolt.

6. 

To disassembly the installed attachment repeat operations 1-3, push the installed attach-
ment upwards as firmly as possible and turn it clockwise.

7. 

The attachment can now be removed from the drive shaft bolt (3).

LOCKING/UNLOCKING THE MOTOR HEAD IN OPERATION POSITION

1. 

Ensure that the motor head (1) is in fully lowered position which enables the motor head 
lock (5).

2. 

To unlock the motor head (1) press the motor head lock button (5). This will release the 
locking mechanism and allow to raise the motor head freely (1).
