Fault Finding

Airlock at start up

Vent the system. Open the measuring point or the

valve shown in the figure below.

Make sure the suction hose is filled with oil be-

fore start up.

The return line must be connected to the applica-

tion reservoir (pressure-less).

To set the system pressure, provide the manifold

with a pressure gauge and adjust the valve shown

in the figure below.
