command to upgrade the kernel and root file system:

Loading Factory Defaults
To load the system’s factory default settings, press the reset-to-default button for at least 5 seconds.
Doing so will destroy all of the files in the
/home
and
/etc
directories. While holding the button for
the first 5 seconds, the ready LED will blink once each second. After holding the button
continuously for more than 5 seconds, the ready LED will switch off, indicating that the factory
defaults have been loaded.
Enabling and Disabling Daemons
Daemons are programs that run in the background. They are often used to provide services such as
web access, FTP, and email service. The following daemons are enabled when the UC-7400-LX
Plus boots up.
