CARABINER
It is extremely important to routinely check the condition of the carabiner. If there is any sign of
wear, deformation or nonconformity that impairs its functionality, replace it immediately.
CARABINER REPLACEMENT
Always use the carabiner provided by Movement or the specifications below:
- Composition material: AISI 316 stainless steel;
- Maximum closed capacity: 1600 kg;
- Maximum open capacity: 350kg.
ATTENTION!

CAREFULLY CHECK THE CONDITIONS OF THE
CARABINER MONTHLY;
•
DO NOT MODIFY THE CARABINERS IN ANY MANNER;
•
THE OPENING OF THE CARABINER MUST BE DONE
IN THE DIRECTION OF THE WEIGHT
STEEL CABLE
The steel cable should be inspected daily to evaluate its state of conservation.
The equipment should not be used in case of damage to the steel cable.
Some situations that require the immediate replacement of the steel cable are listed below.
TWISTED STEEL CABLE
Always check the steel cable if you find twists immediately replace the cable.
PROTUBERANCE ON THE STEEL CABLE
If the cable ruptures internally, a bulge may emerge on the exterior part of the cable, replace the
cable immediately.
LOOSE WIRES
Replace any exposed steel cable at the ends
