STEP 5 - FIXING THE EQUIPMENT TO THE SOIL - RECOMENDATION
Movement designs its products to be stable when used. Because strength training is dynamic, we can not predict how the user will use the equipment. Therefore,
Movement recommends that the equipment be secured to a solid, level surface to stabilize and eliminate rocking or tipping. For some equipment, it is

to be fixed to the ground;

The use of accessories such as TRX, ropes, straps, chains, elastics, is

REQUIRED

It is the buyer's responsibility to adjust and install the equipment in accordance with the regional building codes;

The anchor bolt should have a minimum of engagement on the concrete floor;
•
The anchor bolt should not have any slack when it is placed in the hole;
•
Do not reuse the anchor. The anchor bolt is designed only to be used once;
•
When buying the anchor, take into account the height of the foot of the equipment;
•
When buying the anchor, take into account the thickness of the counter.
METHOD OF ATTACHING THE EQUIPMENT TO THE GROUND WITH THE MOVEMENT KIT
The steps below describe the method of installing the anchor bolt for securing the equipment to the floor.
2- Drill the hole with the 9/16" drill
bit at a depth of 5.0 cm.
3- Clean the hole
4- Place the assembled anchor and
adjust the expansion point.
5- To insert the bolt, tighten it with
sufficient torque for expansion of the sleeve.
