OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

To use your LXE G4, follow the steps below:
1 - Set the load selector as far as it will go, to prevent the unit from making sudden
movements;
2 - Climb on the equipment;
3 - Rest your feet firmly on the shoes of the equipment; 4 - Hold onto the moving
handlebars of on the handlebar.
5 - Select the desired load on the load selector; 6 - Start training.
