Plugging and preheating

Completely unwind the cord.

Check the electricity supply is compatible
with the power and voltage indicated
underneath the appliance.

Only plug in the appliance on an earthed
socket.

Model with fixed cord: if the power supply
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.

Any error in connecting the appliance
invalidates the guarantee.

Plug the cord into the appliance (according to
model) and then into the mains socket.

Check that the cable does not get in the way of
guests sitting at the table.

Never leave the appliance plugged in when
not in use.

When in use, never leave the appliance
unattended.

Cooking (according to model)

After preheating, the appliance is ready for use.

Raclette function:

Each person places a slice of cheese in their
mini-pan 

(L)

before placing it in the appliance.

Leave the cheese to melt, 3 to 5 minutes,
thermostat (according to model) on position 6.

When the cheese has melted, slide it onto a
plate.

According to model, a mini-pan rest 

(M)

allows

the empty mini-pans 

(L)

to be stored during

the meal.

Never leave the mini-pan to heat if empty.

Pierrade

®

cooking stone function:

Set the thermostat (according to model) to the
position of your choice.

Whilst in use, because of its composition, it
takes 5 to 10 minutes for the Pierrade

®

cooking

stone to respond to a change in thermostat.

Each person places slices of meat, fish,
vegetables or fruit on the stone to cook to their
taste.

Season to taste on your plate, accompanied
with cold sauces, a salad and potatoes.

Never place frozen or heavy food on the hot
stone.
