choose a stronger coffee.
The coffee is not hot
enough.
- The cup is cooling the coffee
down.
- Do not use a cup that is bigger
than 150 ml, otherwise this cools
the coffee down more quickly.

preheat the cups with hot water
for example.

Brown particles are
found on the pod.
