Sending Messages to Private or Phone
Procedure:

From the home screen, press the
Menu/OK
key.

Messages
→
New Message
.

Enter your message.

Press and hold the
Menu/OK
key, and select
Send
.

Select
Send to Private
or
Send to Phone
.

Perform one of the following options:
If…
Then…
If the number of the recipient is dis-
played,
press and hold the
Menu/OK
button.
If the number of the recipient is not dis-
played,
perform the following actions:
a
Press and hold the
Menu/OK
button.
b
Select a contact from the contact list.
NOTICE:
The radio displays
the number of the contact.

Press and hold the
