Scroll down using the

Password:
and press

to select it. You will be prompted to enter the Password. Press
and hold

to clear the field and enter the Password which
may be provided by your ISP. (Press

to toggle between
the available text entry methods,
Num
(Numerical),
alpha
(alphabetical) and
Sym
(Symbols) (see
‘Entering Text on
Your Phone’
). When you select
Sym
a symbol will only be
entered for one character, after which the text entry method
returns to the previously selected entry method. As you enter
a letter the phone will briefly display the letter and then
change to an asterisk (*) for security purposes. After entering
the Password press
O
. You will return to the previous
screen.

Baud Rate:
and press

to select it. You can choose between
2400
,
4800
,
9600
and
14400
. After selecting the required baud rate press

.
You will return to the previous screen.

Line Type:

to select it. You can choose between
Modem
and
ISDN
.
After selecting the required Line Type press

return to the previous screen.

to return to the Profile options screen.
Editing the Profile Name

Profile Name:
and press

to select it. You will be prompted to Edit Name. Press and
hold
C
to clear the field and enter the name you wish to
give this profile. Press

to toggle between the available
text entry methods (see
‘Entering Text on Your Phone’
).
After entering the Profile Name press
O
. You will return to
the previous screen.

to return to the Profile Selection screen.

to return to the Access Internet screen.

To exit the Browser Menu, press

twice and then the
Smart button.
Storing your phone number in your phone

To store your phone number in the phone, press

scroll to Phone Book and press

My Phone
Number(s)

and enter your mobile no. including
the + and the country code. For example,
+44 [your
number]
.

key to exit the Phone Book Menu.
