When you click

Diagnostics

, the Diagnostics page appears.

This automated multi-layer test examines the functionality of the Gateway from the physical connections to the
data traffic being sent by users through the Gateway.

The

Run Full Diagnostics

section tests a number of different things at the same time, including the DSL line,

the Ethernet interface and the PPPoE session.

This sequence of tests takes approximately one minute to generate results. Please wait for the test to run to com-
pletion.
