Intervals
To plan an interval workout, go to MOTOACTV.com and
click
Planning
to set targets for your high and low
intensity intervals. Transition between intervals can
occur automatically or when you touch the
NEXT
INTERVAL
on the MOTOACTV screen, depending on
your Auto-Interval setting. (See “
Workout settings
” on
page 23.)
After you start your interval workout, drag left to the
Interval screen. Begin with a warm up period, then
follow the instructions on the screen.
Note:
If you set your interval workout to auto-transition,
you can still manually transition to your next interval by
tapping the display and touching
