Using your headset
Note: Some call features are phone/network dependent.
Function Action
Answer a call Press the Call button
Reject a call Press and hold the Volume button until you hear
an audio tone
Make a voice dial call Press the Call button and you hear an audio
tone
Redial last call Press and hold the Call button until you hear an
audio tone
Mute or un-mute a call Headset with voice prompts: Press and hold
the Volume button until you hear “mute on” or
“mute off”
Headset
without
voice prompts: Press and hold
the Volume button until you hear an audio tone
End a call Press the Call button
Answer or reject Follow your phone’s instructions
a second incoming call
Adjust call volume Press and release the Volume button until
desired volume is reached
