Channel Menus
To access the Channel menus, press ENTER button to return to the main top-level
menu (shown below).
Press the

buttons until the cursor is at the Channel label, and press the ENTER
button to access the main menu for the Channel group and the DSR-4530 displays the
first sub-menu within the Channel menus.
Channel Menu
This menu allows the user to select an active VCT, select the virtual channel, and
view the name of the current transponder. Press the
56
buttons until the Channel
menu appears (shown below).
VCT Field
Note: Contact the program provider for the correct VCT number to enter for that
commercial system.
This field allows selection of a Virtual Channel Table (VCT) number.
Press the

button until the cursor is at the VCT label, and press the ENTER button
to move into the field. While ensuring that the cursor remains on the up/down
symbol, press the
56
buttons to scroll throughout the available VCTs.
Note: If the network has four VCTs, then only four VCTs appear in this field.
Press the ENTER button to confirm the selection and exit the field.
There is also a second method for entering the VCT number. Use the
34
buttons
to select the digit on the display to change and then, while the cursor is on that
digit, press the
56
buttons to select the desired value. Repeat this process for
each applicable digit to be changed. Press the ENTER button to confirm the
selection and exit the field.
