Fig. 06
A
The gate can be heavy or light, rigid or flexible, wooden, iron, or plastic: the operator accepts and adapts to any of these situations, as long as
each leaf does not exceed 250Kgs of weight and 5Mts of length.
Before proceeding with installation, it is important to verify the gate's perfect rotation in the respective bolts and to verify its lubrication. This
operation is important for the operator’s perfect functioning.
when installing the operator, you must fulfil with the inclination shown in
: the reducer must be inclined about 1 degree.
1.1 - Fix the
support (big) to the pillar by the leaf's side according to
: quotas to respect. Keep in mind the final inclination (see above
NOTE);
1.2 - Fix the operator with a screw to the
support;
1.3 - Loose the
rod until its course end;
1.4 - Tighten the
rod a complete turn (360º);
1.5 - Fix the
support (small) to the hole in the operator's terminal, and then fix it to the leaf. Keep in mind the final inclination (see above
NOTE);
1.6 - Repeat the previous enumerated instructions for the other leaf;
1.7 - Place mechanical jambs in both opening and shut (
).
When opening and closing the leaf, NEVER use the whole course: place a mechanical jamb in the opening and another at the shut, so that the
