Is a single 4600B able to act both Public Domain Server
and Local Domain Server?
For Firmware Version 1.06 or above, this machine supports both Public Domain
Server and Local Domain Server. Please upgrade to the latest firmware.
16.
When this machine acts as Public Domain Server with
dynamic Public IP, how does SIP phone to register this
machine?
Work with DDNS Router or VDNS is recommended, otherwise, SIP Phones fail to register if IP
is changed.
Note : For DDNS Router (NAT device), it can supports dynamic IP change for DNS. Please
refer to its manual and also apply Dynamic DNS Service. For VDNS Server, please contact
distributor. (It depends on whether the service is available)
For Firmware Version under 1.04, that machine is unable to support both Local Domain
Server and Public Domain Server. If MOSA SIP Line is configured as Public Domain Server,
use Public IP is better and all SIP extension use Public IP, too. Use only Private IP to register
Local Domain Server. We suggest you to upgrade to Version 1.05.

Unable to make call to other SIP phone

Please check Web path: WEB/Advance-SIP/Registrar to see if both side are
registered successfully.

Please check Web path: WEB/Advance-MOSA/Prefix Map to see if Prefix table is
created.

How to know my VODNET ID?
Please check the label on bottom of MOSA Series Products. If you lost the serial
number information of VODNET Server or the Products is unable to register VODNET
successfully. Please contact your distributor.
