Function of Rinse Aid
Rinse aid is automatically added during the last rinse, ensuring thorough rinsing, and spo t and streak free drying.
Attention!
Only use branded rinse aid for dishwasher. Never fill the rinse aid dis penser with any o ther substances
(e.g. Dishwasher cleaning agent, liquid detergent). Th is would damage the app liance.
When to Refill the Rinse Aid Dispenser
If th ere i s no rinse-aid warning ligh t in the c ont rol panel, you can jud ge the amount of rinse-aid by the color
of the optical level indicator

the rinse aid get below 1 / 4 full.

To open the dispenser, turn the cap to the "open" (left) arrow and lift it out.

Pour the rinse aid int o the dispenser, being careful not to overfill.

Replace the cap by inserting it aligned with "open" arrow and turning it to t he closed (right) arrow.

Adjusting Rinse Aid Dispenser
Th e rinse aid dispenser has six or four settings. Always start with the dispenser
set on "4". If spots and poor drying are problems, i ncrease the amount of rinse
aid dispensed by removing the dispenser lid and rotating the dial to "5". If the
dishes stil l are not dryi ng properly o r are spotte d, ad just the dial to th e next
higher number until your di shes are spot-fre e. The recommended setting is "4".
(Factory value is "4".)
Increase the dose if there are drops of water o r lime spots on the di shes after washing.
Reduce i t if there are sticky whitis h stains on your dish es o r a bluish film on glassware or
knife blades.
Detergents with its chemical ingredients are ne cessary to remove dirt, c rush dirt an d transport it out of the di shwasher.
Most of commerc ial q uality detergents are suitabl e for this purpose.
