Remove the Lid by twisting anticlockwise and
then lifting away from the Jug. Angle the Lid
away from you when lifting, the contents will
be hot.  Allow the water collected on the 
inside of the Lid to fall back into the Jug, to
avoid drips onto your Multicooker. 
Carefully remove the Mixing Paddle from the
Jug.
