7. Footplate height
1. Unscrew and remove both screws on the footplate
indicated in the figure
2. Adjust the height of the footplates according need
3. Reinsert the screws and firmly tighten them
N.B. If necessary, the footplate can also be closed in a vertical position
12.3 Use of the controls
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the control joystick. The battery charge LED
indicators will switch on.
2. Use the relative buttons to adjust the maximum speed of the wheelchair: Tortoise to
reduce speed and Hare to increase speed
3. Press the horn button when deemed necessary
N.B. Do not use the horn unnecessarily and comply with laws on disturbing the peace.
4. Use the joystick to move the wheelchair in the desired direction
12.4 Disassembly of the wheelchair
1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the joystick
2. Remove the cable from the three armrest supports
