5. GENERAL WARNINGS
Read carefully the entire manual before using the device.
• Advise with physician or therapist to determinate the correct adjustment and the correct use
of the walking canes.
• Make sure that the product is delivered complete and keep it packed away from heat sources.
• The device use limit is defined by the wear of the parts.
• Do not allow children to play or operate the device.
• The user and/or the patient will have to report any serious accident that have occurred
related the device to the manufacturer and appropriate authority of the State which the user
and/or patient belongs to.

7. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
MOPEDIA walking sticks are made of aluminum, with T-soft handle. Walking sticks are available in 3
different colors and 3 different tips: standard non-slip rubber tip, large non-slip rubber tip and quad base.
Adjustable height every 2.5 cm. This device is useful to ensure a safety of support and confidence. The
walking stick also makes it easy to stay upright and walk. Facilitates the discharge of the lower body
segments, stabilizes the person in the problems of balance and supports when there are problems force.
7.1 Height adjustament
Press the button, slide the cane and bring it to match the holes in the height required and the
manoeuvrability of the patient. Replace the stopper on the hole to lock the cane and make sure that
the button is fully penetrated into the hole.

WARNING!
• Check if the frame is damaged in order to guarantee a safe use for people and things.
• Check the correct assembly of the device.
9. WARNINGS FOR USE
• Use extra caution on wet and slippery surfaces.
• Avoid leaving the device in contact with water for long periods of time.
• Periodically check its sturdiness, the stability and the rubber tips are in good conditions.
Replace them once worn out.
